We’re seeking trustees who bring commitment to our ethos, time , energy and enthusiasm, including one new trustee who will take over as Chair in January 2027.

We are committed to building a Board that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences, including those who are under‑represented in governance roles.

We value difference. We believe diverse perspectives strengthen decision‑making, deepen accountability, and help us deliver meaningful impact.

Experience in scale up, growth and commercial income generation, philanthropy, legal, or finance would be useful but it is not essential.

• 29th July 2026 - recruitment process begins

• August – Chair and Executive Director available for informal chats

• 15th September – application deadline

• September – online or in-person interview with Chair, Artistic Director, and Executive Director (we may ask for a second interview)

• September – Chair’s recommendation of appointees discussed by Board

• October – appointment, onboarding and induction

The Chair-Elect will have a three month handover with the current Chair.
